摘 要:针对离心泵内气液两相流的研究,详细评述了入流含气量对离心泵叶轮内气液两相流型的影响,以及各类流型下的泵性能和内部流动特点.分析了离心泵内气液两相流型的影响因素,包括泵的几何结构、尺寸、转速、流量等的影响.阐述了离心泵内气液两相流的试验研究方法,以非侵入式的试验测试技术为重点,详细讨论了高速摄影和过程层析成像技术的原理和特点,比较了2种试验技术在离心泵气液两相流中的应用现状和发展前景.总结了气液两相流的数值模拟方法,目前多以欧拉-欧拉双流体模型为基础,在考虑气泡的发展变化过程以及气泡的多尺度特性的影响下,发展出新的数值计算模型,提升了离心泵内气液两相流数值模拟的预测精度,考虑两相流的细节特征是流动仿真的发展方向.最后,总结了在气液两相流条件下改善离心泵性能的方法.Aiming at the research of gas-liquid two-phase flow in centrifugal pump,the influence of inflow gas volume on the gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns in the impeller of centrifugal pump,as well as the pump performance and internal flow characteristics under various flow patterns were reviewed in detail.The influencing factors of gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns in centrifugal pump were analyzed,including the geometric structure,size,rotation speed,flow rate,and other aspects of the pump.The experimental research methods of gas-liquid two-phase flow in centrifugal pumps were described.Focusing on the non-invasive experimental technology,the principles and characteristics of high-speed photography and process tomography imaging technologies were discussed in detail.The application status and development prospects of the two experimental technologies in gas-liquid two-phase flow in centrifugal pumps were compared.The numerical simulation methods of gas-liquid two-phase flow were summarized.At present,most of them are based on Euler-Euler two-fluid model,and under the influence of bubble development and multi-scale characteristics,some new numerical calculation models are developed.It improves the prediction accuracy of gas-liquid two-phase flow numerical si-mulation in centrifugal pumps.Considering the detailed characteristics of two-phase flow is the development direction of flow simulation.Finally,the methods to improve the performance of centrifugal pumps under the condition of gas-liquid two-phase flow were summarized.
