摘 要:为研究采用双叶轮和双导叶形式的两级轴流泵的水力性能,将普通轴流泵叶轮和全贯流泵叶轮串联形成两级轴流泵系统,采用CFD数值模拟的方法,对装置在设计工况和超负荷工况下的水力性能进行研究.研究结果表明:两级轴流泵具有较宽的运行范围,同时保持较好的水力性能,最高效率可达79.95%;在设计工况下,两级叶轮的流态都较好;在超负荷工况下,轮毂侧容易产生脱流,流动损失更大;第二级导叶的水力损失高于第一级导叶,随着转速增大,导叶上的脱流逐渐增多,湍动能也逐渐增大,影响范围从导叶逐渐扩散至整个过流部件;两级泵空化性能主要受第一级叶轮影响,在空化余量达到有效空化余量NPSHA=5.86 m后,叶片上空泡面积大幅增加,当空泡面积达到叶片面积的20%时,效率开始骤降.研究结果可为两级轴流泵优化设计及水力性能分析提供一定理论参考.To study the hydraulic characteristics of a two-stage axial-flow pump with double impellers and double guide vanes,a two-stage axial-flow pump system was formed by connecting the ordinary axial-flow pump impellers and the full-flow-through pump impeller in series.The CFD numerical simulation method was adopted to investigate the hydraulic characteristic of the device under the design condition and the overload conditions.The research results indicate that the two-stage axial-flow pumps have a wide operating range while maintaining good hydraulic performance,with a maximum efficiency reaching 79.95%.Under design conditions,the flow patterns of the two-stage impellers are both good.Under the overload conditions,the hub side is prone to flow separation,resulting in greater flow losses.The hydraulic loss of the second-stage guide vanes is higher than that of the first-stage guide vanes.With the increase of the rotational speed,the flow separation on the guide vanes gradually increases,and the turbulent kinetic energy also increases.The affected range gradually spreads from the guide vanes to the entire flow passage components.The cavitation performance of the two-stage pump is mainly affected by the first-stage impeller.When the effective cavitation margin reaches NPSHA=5.86 m,the cavitation area on the blade increases significantly.When the cavitation area reaches 20%of the blade area,the efficiency begins to drop sharply.The research results can provide some theoretical references for the optimization design and hydraulic performance analysis of the two-stage axial-flow pumps.
