摘 要:围绕变孔径比多孔板对于管道内流体的水动力特性演化规律开展工作,建立计算流体动力学数值模型并验证计算结果的可靠性,进而讨论了孔隙板周围局部区域流出系数和压损系数变化,研究了流体在带多孔板管道内沿程速度和压力分布特征,分析了压力损失的变化规律会和变孔径比多孔板周围局部的流动状态.计算结果表明,孔径比的改变使得扩散孔对流出系数和压损系数的敏感程度略大于收缩孔,使得进出口的孔径差异程度与压损系数成正比、与流出系数成反比;流速、压力峰值拐点的位置与孔径比有关.在此基础上,引入双层板进行研究,进一步研究表明双层板均使得流出系数下降,压损系数上升,孔径比为1∶4和4∶1的双层板对流出系数、压损系数更加敏感;流速影响距离约为2倍管径,压力影响距离约为1倍管径;变孔径比的后板对前板引起的流速变化无太大影响.The evaluation of hydrodynamic characteristics of fluids in the pipelines using porous plate with variable aperture ratio was investigated.A computational fluid dynamics numerical model was built and the reliability of the computational results was validated.Based on numerical simulation,the velo-city and pressure distribution characteristics of the fluids along the pipeline were studied.Besides,the changing law of pressure loss and the flow state around the porous plate with variable aperture ratio was studied.The numerical results show that the sensitivity of diffusion hole to outflow coefficient and pressure loss coefficient is slightly greater than that of shrinkage hole with various aperture ratios.The change of the aperture ratio makes the difference between the inlet and outlet diameters proportional to the pressure loss coefficient and inversely proportional to the outflow coefficient.The position of the inflection point of flow rate and pressure peak is related to the aperture ratio.Furthermore,double-layer plates were introduced for further study.The results show that double-layer plate decreases the outflow coefficient and increases the pressure loss coefficient.The double-layer plate with aperture ratio of 1∶4 and 4∶1 are more sensitive to the outflow and pressure loss coefficient.The influence distance of flow rate is about 2 times pipe diameter,and the influence distance of pressure is about 1 times pipe diameter.The rear panel with various aperture ratios has no significant effect on the velocity variation caused by the front panel.
