摘  要:为准确地预测长期服役后2.25Cr-1Mo钢的回火脆化程度对加氢反应器的安全性评定,对API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 2016中由J系数预测在用加氢反应器2.25Cr-1Mo钢FATT方法的适用性问题进行了分析评价,结果表明,该方法可以用于服役后2.25Cr-1Mo钢材料FATT预测,但当J系数较低时,在脆化时间达20万h后对2.25Cr-1Mo钢的FATT进行预测时,应注意其预测结果存在一定的非保守性,建议今后补充此区间的长时间试验数据,以改进J系数与FATT关系曲线,提高预测可靠度。To accurately predict the temper embrittlement of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel after long-term service for the safety assessment of hydroprocessing reactors.This paper analyzes the applicability of the method for predicting FATT by J-factor for 2.25Cr-1Mo steel in-service hydroprocessing reactor in API579-1/ASME FFS-12016.The paper concludes that this method can be used to evaluate the FATT of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel after service.However,after the embrittlement time reaches 200000 h,it should be noted that the prediction results are non-conservative for the low J-factor of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel.The paper suggests to supplement the long-term service data of low J-factor to further improve the relationship curve and the reliability of predictions.
