摘  要:针对某核反应堆压力容器因产品焊缝结构特殊、施焊空间受限且环境差、焊缝数量多及厚度较大、焊缝无损验收要求高、施焊周期较长而导致的产品焊接及在役无损检测困难的问题,开展了核电用大厚度低合金钢焊缝多工位协同全位置机械TIG焊远程化控制工艺开发试验,并按照NB/T 20002.3—2013标准及技术条件等要求,进行焊接工艺评定,各项理化性能试验结果均满足指标要求。结果表明,该技术成功应用于某核反应堆压力容器的多个狭小空间焊缝焊接中,焊接效率提升至横焊位的6倍,焊缝VT,MT,UT,RT无损探伤合格率达100%。该工艺的开发及应用,可为解决核反应堆压力容器存在的相关焊接问题提供参考。In order to solve the problems of product welding and in-service non-destructive testing of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel caused by special weld structure,limited welding space and poor environment,large number and thickness of welds,high requirements for non-destructive acceptance of welds,and long welding cycle.The development test of multi-station collaborative all-position mechanical TIG welding remote control process for large thickness low alloy steel welds for nuclear power was carried out,and the welding process was evaluated according to the requirements of NB/T 20002.3—2013 standard and technical conditions,and the physical and chemical properties test results all met the requirements of the indicators.The results show that the technology has been successfully applied to several narrow space welds of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel,and the welding efficiency has been increased to 6 times of the transverse welding position,and the pass rate of VT,MT,UT,RT non-destructive testing of welds has reached 100%.The development and application of this process provide reference for solving the welding problems existing in the pressure vessel of a nuclear reactor.
