摘 要:针对采油厂市政污水回注对环境系统产生的负面影响,以吴起采油厂的市政污水为例,开展扫描电镜(SEM)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、油藏潜在伤害分析、黏土稳定性评价研究等,探究其回注对储层的伤害程度,并作以评价。结果表明:SEM分析出岩心致密程度很高,有较大的孔隙。XRD分析出岩心的主要成分是二氧化硅和碳酸钙,所含的主要元素为氧、钙、硅、铝、铁等。砂岩储层黏土矿物含量越多,渗透率相对越低,越容易对储层造成伤害。对于速敏性损害,采油厂的23-33-3井、23-9-4井、21-33-3井、38-218井采出水均为弱速敏性;对于水敏性伤害,4个层位的井采出水均呈现出弱水敏性。对于盐敏性伤害,需注意保持外来流体的矿化度高于临界矿化度,盐敏性伤害程度将减小。For the negative impact of the municipal sewage reinjection on the environmental system in the oil production plant,taking the municipal sewage of Wuqi oil production plant as an example,the damage degree of reinjection to the reservoir is explored through scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,reservoir poten tial damage analysis,clay stability evaluation research,etc,and make an evaluation.The results show that,SEM analysis shows high core density and large pores.XRD,analysis shows that the core is mainly composed of silica and calcium carbonate,and the main elements are oxygen,calcium,silicon,aluminum,iron and so on.The more clay minerals in the sandstone reservoir,the lower the permeability is relatively,and the easier it is to cause damage to the reservoir.For velocity sensitive damage,the produced water from well 23-33-3,well 23-9-4,well 21-33-3 and well 38-218 are all weak velocity sensitive.For water sensitive damage,the oil layers of the four layers show weak water sensitivity.For salt sensitive damage,attention should be paid to keep the mineralization of foreign fluid higher than the critical mineralization,and the salinity sensitivity damage will be reduced.
