抗高温韧性防窜水泥浆体系性能评价

摘  要:南海莺歌海盆地封固高压气层,有效封固段长,目的层温度最高达201℃,顶底温差大,水泥环高温稳定性差,射孔或压裂固井过程中容易发生气窜风险,导致封隔能力失效。针对上述问题,室内采用纳米硅液防窜剂SCR-T,该材料活性纳米SiO2粒径有效,有效促进水化反应速率,明显提高水泥石的强度,降低了水泥石的渗透率,有效增强高温水泥浆防气窜性,在此基础上,协同弹性乳液TR-L颗粒级配偶联填充颗粒空隙,提高水泥石的弹韧性和高温强度稳定性。通过对抗高温韧性防窜水泥浆体系性能研究,结果表明,1.50%纳米硅液防窜剂SCR-T协同4.00%弹性乳液TR-L复配使用,构建的韧性防窜水泥浆流变性好,浆体稳定好,SPN值均小于1,防窜能力优异,在210℃下,韧性防窜水泥浆高温稳定性好,水泥石抗压强度没有出现衰减,14 d强度大于30 MPa。弹性分析结果显示,相较于普通胶乳水泥浆,弹性模量降低了67.6%,具有良好的弹性形变能力。The high-pressure gas reservoir in the Yinggehai Basin of the South China Sea is effectively sealed,with a long sealing section and a target layer temperature of up to 201℃.The temperature difference between the top and bottom is large,and the high-temperature stability of the cement sheath is poor.During perforation or fracturing cementing,there is a risk of gas breakthrough,which leads to the failure of the sealing ability.In view of the above problems,nano silicon liquid anti channeling agent SCR-T is used indoors.The active nano SiO2 particle size of this material is effective,which can effectively promote the hydration reaction rate,significantly improve the strength of the cement paste,reduce the permeability of the cement paste,and effectively enhance the gas channeling resistance of high-temperature cement slurry.On this basis,it cooperates with the elastic lotion TR-L particle size spouse to fill the particle gaps,and improve the elasticity,toughness and high-temperature strength stability of the cement paste.Through the research on the performance of the high-temperature resistant and ductile channeling prevention cement slurry system,the results show that the 1.50%nano silicon fluid anti channeling agent SCR-T is compounded with 4.00%elastic lotion TR-L,and the constructed ductile channeling prevention cement slurry has good rheological properties,good slurry stability,SPN values less than 1,and excellent channeling prevention ability.At 210℃,the high-temperature stability of the ductile channeling prevention cement slurry is good,and the compressive strength of the cement paste does not decline,and the 14 d strength is greater than 30 MPa.The elastic analysis results show that compared with ordinary latex cement slurry,the elastic modulus has decreased by 67.6%,and it has good elastic deformation ability.
