摘 要:为解决以人造玻璃微珠为减轻材料构建的低密高强水泥浆体系在渤海区域易漏地层防浅层气固井应用中存在的耐压能力受限、水泥浆摩阻系数高等一系列问题,研究开发了一种大水灰比低密水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系密度为1.50 g/cm^(3),不添加人造玻璃微珠,通过增大水灰比来降低水泥浆密度,室内研究结果表明该体系常规浆体性能良好。为研究该体系能否满足易漏地层防浅层气固井技术需求,通过水泥水化分析仪(CHA)表征大水灰比低密水泥浆体系在胶凝过渡态下防气窜能力。研究结果表明,水围压与注气压力压差为0.35 MPa时,该水泥浆体系在胶凝过渡态下具有一定的防气窜能力,注气压力较小时防气窜性能良好,随着注气压力增大其防气窜性能变差;进一步增加水围压与注气压力压差至0.70 MPa时,该水泥浆体系在胶凝过渡态下表现出良好的防气窜能力。To solve the problems of limited pressure resistance and high cement slurry friction coefficient in the application of low density and high strength cement slurry system constructed with artificial glass microspheres as reducing materials for preventing shallow gas cementing in the Bohai Sea area,a high water cement ratio and low density cement slurry system had been developed.The density of the cement slurry system was 1.50 g/cm^(3),without the addition of artificial glass microspheres.The density of the cement slurry was reduced by increasing the water cement ratio.Indoor research results showed that the conventional slurry performance of this system was good.To investigate whether the system could meet the technical requirements for preventing shallow gas cementing in easily leaky formations,cement hydration analyzer(CHA)was used to characterize the gas channeling prevention ability of the high water cement ratio and low density cement slurry system in the gel transition state.The research results showed that when the pressure difference between the water confining pressure and the gas injection pressure is 0.35 MPa,the cement slurry system had a certain anti gas channeling ability in the gel transition state.When the injection pressure was low,the anti gas channeling performance was good,but as the injection pressure increases,its anti gas channeling performance deteriorated.When the pressure difference between water confining pressure and gas injection pressure was further increased to 0.70 MPa,the cement slurry system represented good anti gas channeling ability in the gel transition state.
