摘 要:鄂尔多斯盆地神木气田是长庆油田年产50×10^(8)m^(3)规模的整装气田,仍处于开发上产阶段。其储层深度浅,压力系数较低,具弱水敏、酸敏、盐敏、强水锁等特征。经过10余年的技术攻关和开发实践,已形成较成熟的水平井分段多簇压裂改造工艺。根据目前气田提产存在的问题,研究得出结论:(1)根据储层类型不同差异化设计压裂参数,试行压裂施工中后期砂比不设上限的极限加砂模式,水平井试气效果提升显著;(2)开展可溶球座选型,优选压裂液体系,制定排液制度,水平井排液效果提升明显;(3)针对神木气田独特的地形地貌,开创多级储水备料,井场同步作业的高效压裂施工组织模式;(4)体积压裂、CO_(2)前置增能压裂等工艺技术在神木气田具备试验条件,对气田提产帮助明显,具有良好应用前景。Shenmu gasfield of Ordos Basin is a uncompartmentalized gasfield with an annual output of 5 billion cubic meters of Changqing oilfield,which is still in the development and production stage.Its reservoir depth is shallow,with low pressure factor,and has the characteristics of weak water sensitivity,acid sensitivity,salt sensitivity,strong water locks.After more than 10 years of technological research and development practice,a mature horizontal well-segmental fracture transformation has been formed.According to the current problems existing in Shenmu gasfield production,the conclusion is obtained,(1)according to different reservoir types,differentiated fracturing parameters were designed,and trial implementation of ultimate sand addition mode with no upper limit on sand ratio in the later stage of fracturing construction,the horizontal well testing effect was significantly improved.(2)Carry out the selection of soluble ball seats,optimize the fracturing fluid system,and develop a drainage system,significant improvement in the drainage effect of horizontal wells.(3)Aiming at the unique terrain and topography of Shenmu gasfield,we have created an efficient fracturing construction organization model with multi-level water storage and material preparation,and synchronous operation at the well site.(4)The technology of volume fracturing,CO_(2) per-enhanced fracturing and other techniques have experimental conditions in Shenmu gasfield,which significantly helps to increase gasfield production and has good application prospects.
