摘 要:在砂岩油藏开发过程中,修井作业是提高油藏产能、维持油田稳定产量的重要手段。然而,修井液与储层的相互作用会对储层产生不可忽视的损害,如束缚水饱和度升高、油水两相渗透率降低等。此外,修井液与地层水之间的不配伍性,常常导致结垢问题的产生,进一步影响储层渗透性能和产油效率。为了解决这一难题,本文以海上X油田为例,通过开展相渗实验和配伍性实验,评价了一种新型储层保护修井液对储层伤害的改善效果。实验结果表明,X-2修井液能够显著降低岩心的束缚水饱和度,增加最大驱油效率,改善油水两相渗流性能。此外,配伍性实验显示,新型修井液能够有效减少地层水与注入水混合后的结垢量。最后,现场应用结果表明,新型修井液显著提升了油井的产油恢复率,验证了其在海上砂岩油藏中的实际应用价值。During the development of sandstone reservoirs,workover operations are a critical method for enhancing reservoir productivity and maintaining stable oilfield output.However,the interaction between workover fluids and the reservoir can cause significant damage,such as increased irreducible water saturation and reduced oil-water relative permeability.Additionally,the incompatibility between workover fluids and formation water often leads to scaling issues,further affecting reservoir permeability and oil production efficiency.To address these challenges,this study evaluates the improvement effect of a new reservoir-protective workover fluid on reservoir damage,using the offshore X oilfield as a case study.Through oil-water relative permeability and compatibility experiments,it was demonstrated that the new workover fluid significantly reduces irreducible water saturation in core samples,increases the maximum oil displacement efficiency,and improves oil-water two-phase flow performance.Moreover,the compatibility experiment showed that the new workover fluid effectively reduces scaling when mixed with formation water and injected water.Field application results further confirmed that X-2 workover fluid significantly enhanced the oil recovery rate,validating its practical value in offshore sandstone reservoirs.
