摘　　要：本文对煤基乙醇生产汽车玻璃清洗液的配方进行技术优化研究,最终确定了煤基乙醇生产汽车玻璃清洗液最佳配方:质量比为26.00%煤基乙醇、0.02%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、0.02%二丙二醇丁醚DPNB、0.02%碳酸氢钠、0.50%乙二醇、0.20%丙三醇、0.10%聚乙二醇400、余量为水。所制备的煤基乙醇生产汽车玻璃清洗液可满足GB/T 23436—2009《汽车风窗玻璃清洗液》的相关要求,并制得高性能汽车风窗玻璃清洗液,对橡胶、金属无腐蚀作用。同时能够充分利用公司副产品煤基乙醇,避免资源的浪费从而达到提质增效的目的。In this paper,the formulation of coal-based ethanol production of automotive glass cleaning liquid for automobile was optimized,and the optimum formulation of coal-based ethanol glass cleaning liquid was finally determined,the optimal formula is 26.00%coal-based ethanol by mass ratio,0.02%sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,0.02%dipropylene glycol butyl ether,0.02%sodium bicarbonate,0.50%glycol,0.20%propylene glycol,0.10%polyethylene glycol 400,residual water.The prepared coal-based ethanol production of automotive glass cleaning liquid can meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 23436—2009"cleaning fluids for automotive windshield",and the high performance automobile windscreen glass cleaning liquid is prepared,which has no corrosion effect on rubber and metal.At the same time,it can make full use of the company's by-product coal-based ethanol to avoid the waste of resources and achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
