液体催化剂对降低焦化汽油中含硫量的应用研究

摘　　要：本文采用氯化锌、轻质石蜡烃、丙酸等原料制备新型液体催化剂,并对其在降低延迟焦化汽油硫含量的实验中进行了测试研究。实验结果表明,当液体催化剂的配比为:无水氯化锌用量700 g、丙酸用量200 g、C_(5)~C_(6)轻质蜡烃用量150 g时,获得的液体催化剂产率较高,产率为97.49%~97.65%。该新型液体催化剂适用于高含硫、不饱和烃含量高的二次汽油,尤其是延迟焦化来的汽油馏分。通过测试组分配制不同的液体催化剂,反应结束后从所得到结果可以看出,当无水氯化锌的含量从60%增加到70%时,汽油馏分从55.6%增加到了68.5%,硫含量从0.550%下降到了0.008%;柴油馏分则从11.5%降低到了8.3%,含硫量从0.550%下降到了0.500%。该实验不加入氢气,整个反应过程相对平稳,并可得到含硫量较低而价值较高的产品,如汽油馏分(含硫0.008%),煤油馏分(含硫0.070%),柴油馏分(含硫0.500%)。In this paper,a new type of liquid catalyst was prepared by using zinc chloride,light paraffin hydrocarbon and propionic acid,and its application in reducing sulfur content of delayed coking gasoline was studied.The results show that,when the amount of zinc chloride is 700 g,propionic acid is 200 g and C_(5)~C_(6) light paraffin hydrocarbon is 150 g,the yield of the liquid catalyst obtained is high,and the yield of the liquid catalyst is 97.49%~97.65%.The new liquid catalyst is suitable for the secondary gasoline with high sulfur content and high unsaturated hydrocarbon content,especially for the gasoline fraction from delayed coking.By using liquid catalysts of different compositions,the results obtained after the end of the reaction show that the content of zinc chloride increased from 60%to 70%,and the content of gasoline fraction increased from 55.6%to 58.5%,and the sulfur content decreased from 0.550%to 0.008%,the content of diesel fraction decreased from 11.5%to 8.3%,and the sulfur content decreased from 0.550%to 0.500%.In the experimental reaction process,hydrogen was not added,the whole reaction process was relatively stable,and the required products with lower sulfur content and higher value could be obtained,such as gasoline(sulfur 0.008%),kerosene fraction(sulfur 0.070%),diesel fraction(sulfur 0.500%).
