摘  要:为提升单井小规模原油闪蒸稳定效果,探索适宜的闪蒸气回收利用工艺,采用HYSYS软件对单井原油闪蒸稳定过程进行模拟,分析了闪蒸压力、闪蒸温度、原油含水率等参数的影响。结果表明,在闪蒸温度60℃、闪蒸压力0.1 MPa下稳定原油饱和蒸汽压可降至70 kPa左右,基本可满足原油储运要求,且各参数对原油稳定效果的影响顺序为闪蒸压力>闪蒸温度>含水率。闪蒸气直接回收工艺无额外能耗且设备投资低,适用于小规模闪蒸气回收。对于凝析油气井生产前期压力较高时,或现场具有充足的高压天然气气源,建议开展闪蒸气射流增压回收试验。In order to improve the performance of small-scale crude oil flash stabilization and investigate proper flash gas recovery process,the process of flash stabilization of crude oil was established with HYSYS software.and the parameters such as flash pressure,flash temperature and the water content of crude oil were investigated.The results show that the saturated vapor pressure of the stabilized crude oil can be reduced to about 70 kPa under the flash temperature of 60℃and the flash pressure of 0.1 MPa,which can basically meet the requirements of crude oil storage and transportation.The influence of various parameters on the crude oil stabilization process was flash pressure>flash temperature>the water content of crude oil.The direct recovery process of flash gas has no additional energy consumption and low equipment investment,making it suitable for small-scale flash vapor recovery.In addition,when the pressure of condensate well was high in the early stage of production,or with sufficient high-pressure natural gas source on site,it was recommended to carry out flash gas jet pressurization recovery test.
