摘　　要：针对化肥装置液氨充装管线在充装过程中出现的超压问题,从液氨充装过程中设备运行、工艺参数和操作方法等方面进行原因分析,提出设备变更、工艺调整、优化操作的思路和措施,彻底解决了液氨充装管线超压问题,保证了液氨充装站安全运行。In view of the overpressure problem of liquid ammonia filling pipeline during the filling process,this paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of equipment operation,process parameters and operation methods during the filling process of liquid ammonia,and puts forward ideas and measures for equipment change,process adjustment and operation optimization,so as to completely solve the overpressure problem of liquid ammonia filling pipeline and ensure the safe operation of liquid ammonia filling station.
