摘 要:采用连续流动-分光光度法测定了炼油污水中的总氮和总磷含量。结果表明:总氮、总磷在一定的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,总氮的相关系数为0.9998;总磷的相关系数为0.9999;计算得到总氮检出限为0.04 mg/L,总磷检出限为0.02 mg/L;该方法精密度和准确度较好,与手动法相比,分析速度快、试剂消耗量少、可批量检测,同时减少了化学试剂对操作人员的伤害,适用于炼油厂大批量水样的测定。The content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in oil refining wastewater was determined by continuous flow-spectrophotometry.The results show that there is a good linear relationship between total nitrogen and total phosphorus in a certain concentration range,and the correlation coefficient of total nitrogen is 0.9998.The correlation coefficient of total phosphorus was 0.9999.The detection limits of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 0.04 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L respectively.Compared with the manual method,the method has better precision and accuracy,faster analysis speed,less reagent consumption,and can be tested in batches.At the same time,the damage of chemical reagents to operators is reduced.It is suitable for the determination of large quantities of water samples in refinery.
