摘　　要：本文介绍了中国石油宁夏石化公司120万吨/年汽油加氢脱硫装置自2024年开工后,预加氢反应器、加氢脱硫反应器、辛烷值恢复反应器首次更换硫化态催化剂后的使用情况及产品质量情况,阐述了装置运行期间的使用效果及存在的问题,并针对问题提出进一步调整的方向,保证装置长期稳定运行。This article introduces the usage and product quality conditions of the pre-hydrogenation reactor,hydrogenation desulfurization reactor,and octane number recovery reactor after their first replacement with sulfide catalysts since the start-up of PetroChina Ningxia Petrochemical Company's 1.2 million tons/year gasoline hydrotreating and desulfurization unit in 2024,explained the usage effect and existing problems during the operation of the device,and put forward further adjustment direction for ensure the long-term stable operation of the device.
