摘 要:液位测量是石油、化工、能源、航空航天等行业中非常广泛的需求,根据其被测液体的各类属性,适用的液位测量方法也丰富多样。液位测量方法根据是否与被测液体接触而分两大类:接触式液位测量方法和非接触式液位测量方法,一般接触式液位测量方法相较之下使用较为简单,对环境要求不高,而非接触式液位测量方法可以在易燃易爆、超低温、高压等应用场景下使用,以防被测液体对测量设备本身的影响。本文分析各类液位测量的方法的原理及其优缺点以及液位测量方法的发展趋势。Liquid level measurement is a very broad demand in petroleum,chemical,energy,aerospace and other industries,according to the various properties of the measured liquid,the applicable liquid level measurement methods are also rich and diverse.Liquid level measurement methods are divided into two categories according to whether they are in contact with the liquid being measured:Contact liquid level measurement method and non-contact liquid level measurement method,the general contact liquid level measurement method is relatively simple to use and has low environmental requirements,while the non-contact liquid level measurement method can be used in flammable and explosive,ultra-low temperature,high pressure and other application scenarios to prevent the impact of the measured liquid on the measuring equipment itself.This paper analyzes the principle,advantages and disadvantages of various liquid level measurement methods and the development trend of liquid level measurement methods.
