五味消渴丸治疗气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五味消渴丸治疗气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的64例气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组各32例。对照组予盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗,治疗组予五味消渴丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIc)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 hFINS)等情况。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:五味消渴丸可有效改善气阴两虚型初发2型糖尿病患者临床症状、FBG、2 hPG、HbAIc、FINS、2 hFINS等指标。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuwei Xiaoke pill on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods:64 cases of eligible patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin were selected and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Wuwei Xiaoke pills.Clinical efficacy as well as fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAIc),fasting insulin(FINS)and 2 hour postprandial insulin(2 hFINS),etc.before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).TCM symptom score of treatment group was less than that of control group after treatment,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Wuwei Xiaoke pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms as well as indexes such as FBG,2 hPG,HbAIc,FINS,2 hFINS,etc.of patients with T2DM with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.
