苓桂五味方治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苓桂五味方治疗痰湿中阻型持续性姿势-知觉性头晕的临床疗效。方法:选符合纳入标准的持续性姿势-知觉性头晕患者40例。第一阶段予患者抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗4周,经4周洗脱后,第二阶段予患者苓桂五味方治疗4周。在患者治疗前、治疗第一阶段、治疗第二阶段,分别评估其DHI、VAS、HAMA、HAMD得分,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:治疗第一阶段,总有效率为60.00%,HAMA与HAMD评分均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗第二阶段,总有效率为92.5%,患者的DHI及VAS评分均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:苓桂五味方治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕疗效较好,可减少患者眩晕发作频次、缩短持续时间,改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Linggui Wuwei formula on persistent postural-perceptual dizziness(PPPD)with syndrome of stagnation of phlegm-damp in middle-Jiao.Methods:40 cases of eligible patients with PPPD were selected.In the first stage,the patients were treated with drugs for anti-anxiety and-depression such as SSRIs for 4 weeks.In the second stage,the patients were treated with Linggui Wuwei formula for 4 weeks after 4 weeks of elution.The scores of DHI,VAS,HAMA and HAMD were evaluated before treatment,in the first stage of treatment and in the second stage of treatment respectively,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results:In the first stage of treatment,the total effective rate was 60.00%,HAMA score and HAMD score were decreased to some extent,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In the second stage of treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5%,DHI score and VAS score of patients were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Linggui Wuwei formula has a better clinical efficacy on PPPD,which can reduce the frequency and duration of vertigo seizure and improve patients'anxiety and depression.
