历史主动精神视域下新质生产力发展路径探析

摘　　要：高扬历史主动精神、把握历史主动是中国共产党带领全国各族人民推进革命、建设和改革事业并取得伟大成就的基本经验,也是新时代我国大力发展新质生产力的重要精神资源和不竭动力。新征程上弘扬历史主动精神,实现新质生产力快速发展,必须遵循新质生产力发展规律,探索切合实际的有效发展路径;坚定人民立场,激发广大群众的主体力量;强化创新意识,实现高水平科技自立自强;树立大局观念,推动全球经济治理体系变革。Carrying forward the historical initiative spirit and grasping the historical initiative is the basic experience of the Communist Party of China in leading the people of all ethnic groups in advancing the cause of revolution,construction and reform with great achievements.It is also an important spiritual resource and inexhaustible power for China to vigorously develop new quality productive forces in the new era.On the new journey,to promote the spirit of historical initiative and achieve rapid development of new quality productive forces,we must follow the laws of development and explore practical and effective development paths,firmly uphold the people’s stance and stimulate the main force of the masses,strengthen innovation awareness and achieve high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement,and establish a global perspective and promote the transformation of the global economic governance system.
