摘　　要：美国在太平洋岛屿地区的海外基地具有显著的时代印记,并且是经过长期战略部署形成的。这不仅是美国全球战略和地区战略的映射,也体现了不同时期美国对太平洋岛屿地区的战略思想。通过梳理美国在太平洋岛屿地区海外基地的战略部署历程,可以识别出四个明显的阶段,即局部扩张期、局部战略扩张期、局部维持战略惯性期、全面战略扩张期。美国在太平洋岛屿地区海外基地的战略部署有规可循,其演变脉络具有内在的逻辑。概括而言,其战略部署始终以国家利益为核心,并与当时的经济需求、国内外安全环境以及军事实力密切相关。当经济需求、国内外安全环境以及军事实力发生变化时,美国也会随之调整其在太平洋岛屿地区海外基地的战略部署。美国在太平洋岛屿地区海外基地的战略部署对中国具有一定的启示。The United States overseas bases in the Pacific Islands region have a significant mark of the times and are formed after a long period of strategic deployment.This is not only a reflection of the United States global strategy and regional strategy,but also reflections of the United States strategic thinking in the Pacific Islands Region in different periods.By sorting out the strategic deployment process of the United States overseas bases in the Pacific Islands region,four obvious stages can be identified which are the local expansion period,the local strategic expansion period,the local maintenance of strategic inertia period,and the comprehensive strategic expansion period.The strategic deployment of the United States overseas bases in the Pacific Islands Region has rules to follow,and its evolution has an inherent logic.In general,the United States has always taken national interests as the core,and is closely related to the economic needs,the internal and external security environment,and military strength at the time.When economic needs,domestic and foreign security environment,and military strength change,the United States will also adjust its strategic deployment of overseas bases in the Pacific Islands Region accordingly.The strategic deployment of the United States overseas bases in the Pacific Islands Region has certain implications for China.
