镉在高炉渣微晶玻璃中存在特性及固化机理研究

摘  要:以含锰高炉渣为主要原料,以Cr_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3)作为复合形核剂,利用熔融法制备高炉渣微晶玻璃。通过外加重金属氧化物CdO,研究重金属离子对高炉渣微晶玻璃析晶特性及物化性能的影响规律,同时确定重金属离子在微晶玻璃中的存在状态及固化效果。结果表明,Cr是微晶玻璃实现体析晶的关键元素,以辉石为主晶相的微晶玻璃具有优异的综合物化特性。微晶玻璃主要通过尖晶石相和硅灰石相将重金属Cr、Mn、Cd元素固化于晶体中,而辉石相和玻璃相则通过物理包裹与化学键合的双重作用增强了重金属元素在晶体中的存在稳定性。TCLP重金属浸出实验结果也证实微晶玻璃对多种重金属离子具有较好的固化效果。In this paper,manganese bearing blast furnace slag was used as the main raw material and Cr_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(2)O_(3)as composite nucleating agents to prepare blast furnace slag glass-ceramics by the melting method.The effect of heavy metal ions on the crystallization characteristics and physicochemical properties of blast furnace slag glass-ceramics was studied by the addition of heavy metal oxide CdO.Simultaneously,it determines the existence state and curing effect of heavy metal ions in glass-ceramics.The results demonstrated that Cr is a key element for achieving bulk crystallization in glass-ceramics,and the glassceramics with augite as the main crystalline phase exhibited excellent comprehensive physicochemical properties.In glass-ceramic,heavy metal elements Cr,Mn,and Cd were mainly solidified by spinel phase and wollastonite phase.Meanwhile,the augite and glass phase can enhance the stability of heavy metal elements in the crystalline phase through the dual effects of physical encapsulation and chemical bonding.The results of TCLP(Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure)heavy metal leaching experiments also demonstrated that the glass-ceramic had a good curing effect on various heavy metal ions.
