摘 要:将MAM/MBAM胶凝性氧化铝陶瓷浆料注入石膏模型中完成凝胶注模成型,研究了该凝胶注模成型工艺的关键技术与坯体性能,结果表明:在TEMED用量少时,该成型机制以石膏模毛细管孔过滤脱水成坯为主,和传统注浆成型基本相同,但脱水成坯速度较传统注浆成型要慢,成型生坯强度比注浆坯体强度稍大。增加养护工序可以明显提高坯体的强度,且干坯密度的均匀性好,与注浆坯体相当。TEMED达到一定数量后,其凝胶注模成型由过滤脱水与高分子聚合交联双重机制控制,且随着催化剂用量增多,高分子聚合交联机制的主导作用逐渐明显,成型的生坯强度达到最大值,但干坯密度均匀性随之变差。浆料在TEMED用量为0.8 vol%时,该凝胶注模成型氧化铝陶瓷坯体强度达到6.55 MPa,在TEMED用量为0.2 vol%时,该凝胶注模成型经养护的氧化铝陶瓷坯体强度达到5.53 MPa,分别是注浆成型氧化铝坯体强度的1.83倍和1.55倍。The gel casting of MAM/MBAM gelling alumina ceramic slurry is completed by injecting the slurry into gypsum molds.The key technologies of the gel casting process and the properties of the green bodies were studied.The results show that when the amount of TEMED is low,the molding mechanism primarily relies on the gypsum mold filter and dehydrates into the body through the capillary pore,which is similar to traditional slip casting,but the dehydration rate is slower than that of traditional slip casting,and the strength of the formed green body is slightly greater than that of the slip cast body.Increasing the curing process can significantly improve the strength of the green body,and the uniformity of the dry body density is good,comparable to that of the slip cast body.When the amount of TEMED reaches a certain level,the gel casting process is controlled by a dual mechanism of filtration dehydration and polymer polymerization and crosslinking,and as the amount of catalyst increases,the dominant role of the polymer polymerization and crosslinking mechanism becomes more obvious,the formed green body strength reaches the maximum,but the density uniformity of the dry body deteriorates.In this experiment,when the amount of TEMED is 0.8 vol%,the strength of the gel casting alumina ceramic green body reached 6.55 MPa,and when the amount of TEMED is 0.2 vol%,the strength of the cured alumina ceramic green body reached 5.53 MPa,which are 1.83 times and 1.55 times the strength of the slip casting alumina green body,respectively.
