摘  要:蓄热式燃烧技术中蓄热室的工作效率对运行能耗有很大影响。为提高蓄热室中温度分布均匀性,提高蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的利用率,研究了气流均布蜂窝陶瓷的应用对蓄热室内流场及温度场分布影响。首先针对蜂窝陶瓷单孔道模型利用fluent软件仿真求解,得出蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体压降和流速关系并以此确定了蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体相关参数。后基于多孔介质模型,针对蓄热室利用fluent软件仿真求解,结果表明:气流均布蜂窝陶瓷使高温烟气进入蓄热室后再次进行了流量分配,使得温度分布更加均匀。在气流均布蜂窝陶瓷开孔孔道相同截面积情况下,孔型选择圆形孔道较为合理。同时,在保证其力学性能的情况下增大气流均布蜂窝陶瓷开孔孔径有利于提高蓄热室内温度分布均匀性。In the regenerative combustion technology,the operational efficiency of the regenerator has a great impact on the operating energy consumption.In order to improve the uniformity of temperature distribution of the regenerator and enhance the utilization rate of the honeycomb ceramic regenerator,the effect of the application of uniformly distributed airflow in the honeycomb ceramic on the flow field in the regenerator and temperature field distribution within the chamber is studied.Firstly,the single-channel model of honeycomb ceramics is simulated and solved by Fluent software to derive the relationship between pressure drop and flow velocity,which helped determine the relevant parameters of the honeycomb ceramic regenerator.Subsequently,based on the porous media model,the simulation solution of the regenerator is obtained by Fluent software.The results show that uniformly distributed airflow in the honeycomb ceramic redistributes the flow of high-temperature flue gas entering the regenerator,which makes the temperature distribution more uniform.In the case of the same cross-sectional area of the airflow uniform honeycomb ceramic opening,it is more reasonable to select the circular openings.Additionally,increasing the openings diameter of the uniformly distributed airflow in the honeycomb ceramic is conducive to improving the uniformity of temperature distribution in the regenerative chamber under the condition of ensuring its mechanical properties.
