摘 要:无机颜料因为显色稳定,化学稳定性高,在着色领域具有重要的应用。应用传统的高温固相法,合成了Mn^(5+)掺杂的BaSr_(2)NbO_(5.5)系列绿色颜料,用X射线衍射仪测试了样品的晶体结构,用SEM测试了样品的形貌,用能谱仪测试了样品的表面元素,用X射线光电子能谱测试了样品掺杂元素价态,用测色计测试了样品的色度值。结果表明,样品中掺杂的Mn的价态多为+5价,所制备的样品属于三方晶系的钙钛矿结构,Mn^(5+)趋于取代Nb^(5+)的格位。随着Mn^(5+)含量的增加,样品的光色由青色逐渐过渡至绿色再至墨绿色,当掺杂的Mn^(5+)含量超过0.30时,样品的颜色逐渐变为暗绿色,亮度逐渐降低。通过掺杂比例的控制,可以调控颜料的颜色变化。Inorganic pigments play a key role in the coloring field due to their reliable color development and high chemical stability.This study synthesized a series of green pigments doped with Mn^(5+)in BaSr_(2)NbO_(5.5) by the traditional high-temperature solid-phase method.The crystal structure of the samples was tested using X-ray diffraction,the morphology was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the surface elements were examined using energy dispersive spectroscopy,the valence states of the doped elements were assessed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the chromaticity of the synthesized pigments was characterized by colorimetry.The results revealed that the valence state of the doped Mn in the samples is predominantly+5.Moreover,the prepared samples belong to the orthorhombic perovskite structure,with Mn^(5+)tending to replace Nb5+in the lattice.With an increase in the Mn^(5+)content,the color of the samples transitions from cyan to green and then to dark green.When the doped Mn^(5+)content exceeded 0.30,the color of the samples gradually changed to dark green,and the brightness gradually decreased.Thus,the color change of pigments can be regulated by controlling the doping ratio.
