摘　　要：目的:系统梳理金匮肾气丸中医古籍和现代临床应用文献,为古方今用提供理论依据。方法:采用文献计量学方法,对金匮肾气丸历史沿革、组成、炮制、功效和应用进行考证分析。结果:金匮肾气丸源自《金匮要略》,其味数组成、药物种类历代以来有变化。汉代至元代,本方主要用于治疗肾虚、小便不利等肾阳虚证;明代拓展至肾阴虚、脾肾两虚证;清代拓展至阳虚及水湿停聚病证。现代临床主要用于2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病、慢性肾功能衰竭、慢性支气管哮喘等。结论:根据古今文献考证分析,梳理不同时期对金匮肾气丸认识及应用演化脉络,为金匮肾气丸后期研发和精准应用提供理论依据。Objective:To systematically sort out the Chinese ancient medical books and modern clinical application literature of Jingui Shenqi Pill,thereby provided a theoretical basis for the modern application of the classical prescription.Methods:A bibliometric method was used to evaluate and analyze the historical evolution,composition,drug processing,functions and applications of Jingui Shenqi Pill.Results:Jingui Shenqi Pill is originated from Jingui Yaolue.Its flavors and composition have been changed in past dynasties.From the Han Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty,Jingui Shenqi Pill was mainly used for kidney yang deficiency,such as kidney deficiency syndrome,abnormal urination,etc.In the Ming Dynasty,its application expanded to kidney yin deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency.In the Qing Dynasty,its application expanded to yang deficiency and water dampness.In modern clinical practice,it was mainly used for type 2 diabetes,diabetic kidney disease,chronic renal failure,chronic bronchial asthma,etc.Conclusion:By consulting ancient and modern literature,summarize the understanding and applications of Jingui Shenqi Pill across different periods.Provide theoretical basis for the later development and precise application of Jingui Shenqi Pill.
