摘  要:伴随城市化进程和国家产业转型升级的推进,大批污染型企业的搬迁导致城市中出现大量遗留污染场地,而此类场地根据用途的不同会进行分类处理。其中不乏存在由于后续土地用途变更导致前期场地修复程度不达标的情况。在城市建设的过程中,如何妥善解决此类情况成为了各大建筑企业及建设单位面临的重要挑战。依托上海市长宁某地块项目,阐述在其建设过程中遇污染水和污染土的情况,通过采用异位修复的技术路线来推进项目的顺利实施,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。With the advancement of urbanization and the promotion of national industrial transformation and upgrading,a large number of polluting enterprises are relocated,leaving behind numerous contaminated sites in cities.These sites are classified and treated based on their intended use.In many cases,however,the initial site restoration fails to meet standards due to subsequent changes in land use.In the process of urban construction,properly addressing such situations becomes a significant challenge faced by major construction enterprises and development units.Using a project in Changning,Shanghai,as an example,instances of contaminated water and soil encountered during construction are addressed.By adopting the technical approach of ex-situ remediation,the project is smoothly implemented and provides a reference for similar future projects.
