摘  要:弧形结构由于其独特的外观及受力性能,在城市建设中已经被广泛应用。深圳市滨河水质净化厂提标扩建工程项目新建的AOA生化池地下部分主要由弧形墙、矩形隔墙含扶壁柱等构件组成,存在构件形式复杂、钢筋不易定位、混凝土浇筑难度大、模板交界处质量难以把控等难题。通过BIM模型搭建、弧形结构模板设计、混凝土分段浇筑、钢模板原位提升、新型节点设计等方式,高效解决了弧形结构施工难题,具有广泛的推广前景。Arc-shaped structures are widely used in urban construction due to their unique appearance and load-bearing performance.The underground portion of the newly constructed AOA biochemical tank in the Shenzhen Binhe Water Quality Purification Plant upgrade and expansion project primarily consists of arc-shaped walls,rectangular partition walls with buttress columns,and other components.These structures present challenges such as complex component forms,difficulty in reinforcing bar positioning,high difficulty in concrete pouring,and difficulty in controlling the quality at formwork junctions.Through BIM modeling,arc-shaped formwork design,segmented concrete pouring,on-site lifting of steel formwork,and innovative joint designs,construction challenges for the arc-shaped structure are efficiently addressed,offering broad application prospects.
