摘  要:水处理厂一类地下室及半地下室结构的拆除及改造工程施工难度大,安全不利因素多。主要对污水处理系统沉井式进水泵房利旧改造施工的拆除、老旧污水管道封堵、清淤、除臭保护、大型套管及管道安装、异形结构施工等进行总结。项目突破众多难题,提前工程节点完成沉井式进水泵房改造,实现保产施工,效果良好。该技术在加快施工进度、降低项目成本、保证工程安全、绿色环保等方面效果明显,社会和经济效益显著。The demolition and reconstruction of basement and semi-basement structures in water treatment plants are challenging and involve significant safety risks.The reuse transformation of the caisson-type inlet pump house in the sewage treatment system is summarized,covering demolition,sealing of old sewage pipelines,sludge removal,deodorization protection,installation of large casings and pipelines,and construction of irregular structures.Numerous challenges were addressed,allowing the transformation of the caisson-type inlet pump house to be completed ahead of schedule while maintaining production during construction,with outstanding results.This technique demonstrates notable advantages in accelerating construction progress,reducing project costs,ensuring safety,and promoting environmental sustainability.It is recognized for its advanced features and significant social and economic benefits.
