摘　　要：在建筑施工领域中,BIM技术对复杂机电设备与管线的深化设计起着重要的作用。利用BIM深化辅助技术对污水处理厂项目的AOA工艺生化池的机电部分进行深化设计,通过碰撞优化、净高优化、大型机电管线、设备吊装模拟等方式,对应用成效进行分析总结,最终得到精度达项目级LOD 400的模型,助力现场智能化、精细化管理。In construction,BIM plays a crucial role in the detailed design of complex electromechanical equipment and pipelines.BIM deepening assistance technique is applied to the electromechanical systems of the AOA biochemical tank in a sewage treatment plant project.Collision optimization,height optimization,large-scale pipeline coordination,and equipment hoisting simulations are conducted.The results are analyzed and summarized,achieving a project-level LOD 400 model that enhances on-site intelligent and refined management.
