双线预制薄壁槽型节段梁施工关键技术研究

摘　　要：预应力混凝土槽型梁是一种新型下承式预应力混凝土桥梁结构。因此,以双腹板、三腹板这2种不同形式的双线预制薄壁槽型节段梁作为研究对象,阐述了施工策划阶段综合协调的总体方案,介绍了双线预制薄壁槽型节段梁的预制工艺,并分析其拼装施工的不同工况,总结出双线预制薄壁槽型节段梁拼装施工的关键技术点,可为预制薄壁槽型节段梁的进一步推广奠定基础。Prestressed concrete trough girders represent a new type of under-deck prestressed concrete bridge structure.Two different forms of double-line prefabricated thin-walled trough segment girders,the double-web and triple-web designs,are analyzed.The overall plan for comprehensive coordination during the construction planning phase is described.The prefabrication techniques for double-line prefabricated thin-walled trough segment girders are introduced,and their assembly under different construction conditions is analyzed.Key techniques for the assembly of double-line prefabricated thin-walled trough segment girders are summarized,establishing a foundation for the broader application of prefabricated thin-walled trough segment girders.
