摘  要:盘扣式脚手架作为一种新型的支撑结构系统,在提高施工效率、保障施工安全、降低施工成本等方面具有显著的优势。而构造措施对盘扣架整体稳定性影响大,现有研究和规范尚未有定性、定量的结论。为此,采用数值分析方法,结合正交试验,系统研究搭设参数、竖向斜杆、横向斜杆与外架整体稳定性的关联性。根据正交试验的极差、方差分析,发现脚手架稳定性影响因素为:横向斜撑搭设方式>脚手架搭设高度>竖向斜撑搭设方式。经最优组合优化分析后建议:脚手架搭设高度≤18 m时,竖向斜撑3跨一设、横向斜撑4跨一设;18 m<脚手架搭设高度≤24 m时,竖向斜撑3跨一设、横向斜撑4跨一设;24 m<脚手架搭设高度≤36 m时,在24 m以下部分竖向斜撑4跨一设、横向斜撑4跨一设,在24 m以上部分竖向斜撑3跨一设、横向斜撑4跨一设。以上结论可为实际施工参数的确定提供参考。Disc-type scaffold,as a novel support system,offers significant advantages in enhancing construction efficiency,ensuring safety,and reducing costs.However,structural measures play a critical role in the overall stability of disc-type scaffold,and existing studies and standards lack qualitative and quantitative conclusions.Numerical analysis combined with orthogonal experiments is used to systematically investigate the relationships between setup parameters,vertical diagonal braces,horizontal diagonal braces,and overall scaffold stability.Based on range and variance analyses of orthogonal experiments,the factors influencing scaffold stability are ranked as follows:horizontal bracing arrangement>scaffold height>vertical bracing arrangement.Optimized configurations lead to the following recommendations:When the scaffold height is≤18 m,vertical bracing should be installed every three spans,and horizontal bracing every four spans;for scaffold heights between 18 m and 24 m,vertical bracing should still be installed every three spans,and horizontal bracing every four spans;for heights exceeding 24m but≤36m,vertical bracing should be installed every four spans and horizontal bracing every four spans for the portion below 24 m,while vertical bracing every three spans and horizontal bracing every four spans should be used above 24 m.These findings provide valuable guidance for determining practical construction parameters.
