摘  要:盘扣式模板支撑架因其较高的承载能力和安装效率,在实际工程中应用越来越广泛,斜杆作为支撑架结构的关键组成部分,对整体稳定性与承载力起着至关重要的作用。现有安全技术标准为斜杆布置设定了最低要求,但是过于严格的规范可能牺牲结构的实用性和经济效率。为在性能与成本之间寻找最优解,通过数值模拟的方法,构建了8个不同高度的模板支撑架的有限元模型,系统地考察了不同斜杆间隔对力学性能的影响。结果表明,斜杆的增加可以提高支撑架承载能力,但过密的斜杆布置可能降低其经济性。通过屈曲分析,发现整体稳定性是影响承载能力的关键因素。创新性地引入水平加强层的优化方式,发现在垂直斜杆与水平加强层的协同作用下,特别是在四周都实施此种组合时,可同时保证模板支撑架的力学性能及经济性。Disk-lock formwork support systems are increasingly used in engineering projects due to their high load-bearing capacity and installation efficiency.Diagonal rods,as critical components of these systems,play a significant role in ensuring overall stability and load-bearing performance.Current safety standards impose minimum requirements for diagonal rod arrangements,but overly strict regulations may reduce structural practicality and economic efficiency.To balance performance and cost,finite element models of eight formwork support systems with different heights are developed using numerical simulations to systematically examine the impact of diagonal rod spacing on mechanical performance.The results indicate that increasing diagonal rods improves load capacity,but overly dense arrangements reduce economic efficiency.Buckling analysis identifies overall stability as the primary factor affecting load capacity.An innovative optimization strategy involving horizontal reinforcement layers shows that the interaction between vertical diagonal rods and horizontal reinforcement layers,especially when applied on all sides,enhances both mechanical performance and economic efficiency.
