摘  要:超高层建筑施工过程中,一般需在各单体之间设计多处沉降后浇带且留置时间较长,必须设置模板和支撑。为此,依托河南省信阳CAZ双创产业园超高层项目,对新型三角桁架独立支撑体系在后浇带施工中的应用进行研究。传统后浇带独立支撑体系在搭设过程中,材料占用周期长、周转速度慢;搭设完成后,独立支撑体系立杆间距较小,造成材料运输不便。针对此情况,通过数值模拟、现场监测等手段,证明了主体结构后浇带处新型三角桁架独立支撑体系施工技术的可行性、安全性、经济性,可为同类工程提供参考。Construction of super high-rise buildings often requires multiple settlement joints(post-pouring belts)between structures,with extended retention times necessitating formwork and support installation.The application of a new triangular truss independent support system for post-pouring belts is analyzed in the Xinyang CAZ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park super high-rise project in Henan Province.Traditional independent support systems for post-pouring belts involve prolonged material usage cycles and low turnover rates during installation,while the small spacing between vertical supports after setup hinders material transportation.Numerical simulations and on-site monitoring are performed to verify the feasibility,safety,and economic benefits of the new triangular truss independent support system at post-pouring belt locations in the main structure.The findings provide a practical reference for similar projects.
