摘 要:随着沿海城市的发展,污水量急剧增加,净化水厂建设的需求随之剧增。但沿海地区的单体构筑物常因软弱地基发生不均匀沉降,且净化水厂池体构筑物众多、施工场地狭小,因此,沉井技术的应用不可或缺。通过研究宁波市北仑区新建春晓净化水厂工程的难特点,以数据分析结合施工经验,探讨创新卸载和平衡高差来消除土体自重对沉井结构产生的位移,并以加撑、暗梁等措施,使沉井施工顺利、高效、高品质地完成,节约了工期,保护了环境,可为今后类似的软土地层沉井工程提供参考。With the development of coastal cities,the rapid increase in wastewater volume has driven a growing demand for constructing water purification plants.In coastal areas,standalone structures often face uneven settlement due to weak foundations,while water purification plants feature numerous structures and constrained construction sites,making caisson construction techniques essential.By analyzing the challenges of the newly built Chunxiao Water Purification Plant in Beilun District,Ningbo,innovative methods such as unloading and balancing height differences are applied to mitigate displacement caused by soil self-weight on the caisson structure.Measures like adding struts and hidden beams are implemented to ensure smooth,efficient,and high-quality caisson construction,reducing construction time and minimizing environmental impact.The findings provide valuable references for similar caisson construction projects in soft soil strata.
