摘 要:近年来,在政策引导、环保标准升级、降本增效等内外因素驱动下,装配式混凝土(PC)构件施工发展迅速,取得了巨大的经济、环保和社会效益。然而PC工厂与施工现场沟通不佳、信息管理方式落后、施工管理不科学等问题,导致施工现场安装装配式预制构件效率低下,施工效能不高。因此,通过采取工作模块流程化、生产数字化、协调系统化、管理科学化等措施,通过上海市某保障房项目的初步实践,将PC构件安装时间缩短10%~15%、返工率降低30%~50%,达到提质、增效的目的。In recent years,the construction of precast concrete(PC)components has developed rapidly,driven by policy guidance,upgraded environmental standards,and the pursuit of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,yielding significant economic,environmental,and social benefits.However,challenges such as poor communication between PC factories and construction sites,outdated information management,and unscientific construction management have resulted in low installation efficiency and poor overall construction performance.Measures including workflow modularization,production digitalization,coordination systematization,and scientific management are implemented.Based on initial practices in a public housing project in Shanghai,these measures reduce PC component installation time by 10%-15%and lower the rework rate by 30%-50%,achieving the goals of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
