摘　　要：目的:观察血必净联合夜间长时血液净化治疗肾功能衰竭的效果及安全性。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年6月入院的肾功能衰竭患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用夜间长时血液净化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血必净治疗。两组均治疗4w。治疗后,比较两组肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白(24 h UTP)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、血液净化相关指标[同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组Scr、BUN、24hUTP、Hcy、AGEs、IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:血必净联合夜间长时血液净化治疗可改善CRF患者肾功能,提升血液净化充分性,对患者体内炎症反应平衡具有积极影响,安全性良好。Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Xuebijing combined with nighttime long blood purification in the treatment of renal failure.Methods:A total of 60 patients with renal failure in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group between January 2023 and June 2024,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nighttime long blood purification,while observation group was treated with Xuebijing on basis of control group for 4 weeks.After treatment,renal function[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 hours urinary protein(24 h UTP)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],blood purification related indexes[homocysteine(Hcy),advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of SCr,BUN,24 hours UTP,Hcy,AGEs,IL-6 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing combined with nighttime long blood purification can improve renal function and blood purification adequacy in patients with CRF,which has positive effects on the balance of inflammatory response good safety.
