摘　　要：目的:观察自制膳食营养配方对Ⅱ期尘肺患者营养状况、免疫指标及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2023年2月~2024年9月赣州市第五人民医院收治入院治疗的Ⅱ期尘肺病患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)、试验组(50例)。对照组给予常规饮食干预,试验组给予自制膳食营养配方干预。对比两组营养指标、免疫指标及生存质量。结果:干预后,两组体质指数(BMI)、上臂肌围(AMC)、上臂肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均增加,且试验组BMI、AMC、TSF、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均大于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组生存质量各维度评分及总分均减小,且试验组生存质量各维度评分及总分均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制膳食营养配方可以显著改善Ⅱ期尘肺患者的营养状况、免疫指标及生存质量。Objective:To observe the effect of homemade dietary nutrition formula on nutritional status,immune indicators and quality of life in patients with stage II pneumoconiosis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with stage II pneumoconiosis admitted to Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from February 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)using random number table method.The control group was given routine dietary intervention,while the experimental group was given intervention with homemade dietary nutrition formula.Nutritional indicators,immune indicators and quality of life were compared between the groups.Results:After intervention,body mass index(BMI),arm muscle circumference(AMC),triceps skinfold thickness(TSF),serum albumin,prealbumin,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels in both groups increased.Moreover,above indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores for various dimensions of quality of life and total scores of both groups decreased.Meanwhile,scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Homemade dietary nutrition formula can significantly improve nutritional status,immune indicators and quality of life in patients with stage II pneumoconiosis.
