低温等离子扁桃体腺样体切除治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大采用低温等离子扁桃体腺样体切除治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间本院收治的72例扁桃体腺样体肥大患儿作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组行传统扁桃体腺样体切除术;观察组采用低温等离子扁桃体腺样体切除术。分析比较两组的治疗效果、围术期相关指标、预后情况[呼吸暂停-低通气指数、夜间最低动脉血氧饱和度(Arterialoxygen saturation,SaO_(2))]以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的手术时间、出血量、鼻腔功能恢复正常时间、住院时间均比对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。观察组的手术总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后的SaO_(2)明显高于对照组,呼吸暂停-低通气指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大采用低温等离子扁桃体腺样体切除术,能提高治疗效果,缩短手术操作时间,减少出血量与并发症,促进患儿术后恢复,改善患儿的预后情况。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma tonsil adenoidectomy in children with tonsil adenoid hypertrophy.Methods:Seventy-two cases of tonsillar adenoid hypertrophy in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional tonsil adenoidectomy.Low temperature plasma adenoidectomy was performed in the observation group.The therapeutic effect,perioperative indexes and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared,including apnea-hypopnea index and minimum arterial oxygen saturation at night(SaO_(2)).Results:The operation time,blood loss,nasal function recovery time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly reduced compared with control group(P<0.05).The surgical treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SaO_(2) of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the apnea-hypopnea index was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma tonsil adenoidectomy can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,promote postoperative recovery and improve the prognosis of children with tonsil adenoid hypertrophy.
