活血醒脑汤辅助尤瑞克林注射液治疗对脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究活血醒脑汤辅助尤瑞克林注射液治疗对脑梗死(Cerebralinfarction,CI)患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2022年12月期间本院急诊科收治的95例CI患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例)。对照组行注射用尤瑞克林(0.15PNA·次^(-1))等治疗;观察组在对照组基础上辅以活血醒脑汤(300 mL·剂^(-1))治疗,均持续治疗1 m,比较两组的疗效,治疗前后血液流变学(全浆粘度、全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、红细胞最大聚集指数、红细胞比容)以及不良反应发生情况。出院后随访1y,记录患者因原发病再次入院情况。结果:治疗1m后,观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的全浆粘度、全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、红细胞最大聚集指数、红细胞比容均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。随访1y期间,组间再入院率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者在注射用尤瑞克林治疗基础上辅以活血醒脑汤治疗,能提高疗效,改善患者血液流变学,且安全性好。Objective:To investigate the effects of Huoxue Xingnao Decoction assisted with Yureklin Injection on hemorheology and nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction(Cerebral infarction,CI).Methods:95 patients with CI admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Yureklin for injection(0.15 PNA·time^(-1))et.al;on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Huoxue Xingnao Decoction(300 mL·dose^(-1)),all groups continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 month.The efficacy,hemorheology(whole plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,maximum erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The patients were followed up for 1 year after discharge,and the readmission of patients due to primary disease was recorded.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The whole plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,maximum erythrocyte aggregation index,and hematocrit of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).During the 1-year follow-up period,there was no statistical significant difference in readmission rates between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with cerebral infarction were treated with Huoxue Xingnao Decoction on the basis of Yureklin for injection,which could improve the curative effect,improve the hemorheology of patients,and had good safety.
