肌电生物反馈辅助想象足背屈训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的应用效果研究

摘  要:目的:探究肌电生物反馈辅助想象足背屈训练在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年7月期间于本院治疗的86例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。两组均采用常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组给予想象足背屈训练;观察组采用肌电生物反馈辅助想象足背屈训练。分别于干预前及干预30 d结束时采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能(Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale,FMA)评分评估两组患者运动功能,采用脑卒中专门化生活质量量表(Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale,SS-QOL)评分评估患者生活质量,统计并比较两组干预期间并发症发生情况。结果:干预前,两组的FMA评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的FMA中下肢功能评分均比干预前显著升高,且观察组的FMA中下肢功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的SS-QOL评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的SS-QOL评分均比干预前显著升高,且观察组的SS-QOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈辅助想象足背屈训练的应用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者的治疗中,可改善患者肢体运动功能,提高患者生活质量,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of myoelectric biofeedback assisted imagined foot dorsiflexion training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 86 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,on the basis of which,the control group was given imaginary foot dorsiflexion training;The observation group was trained with myoelectric biofeedback assisted imaginary foot dorsiflexion.The Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA)score was used to evaluate the motor function of the two groups before intervention and at the end of intervention 30 days,respectively.The patients'Quality of Life was assessed using Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)score,and the incidence of complications between the two groups during the intervention period was statistically compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the FMA scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the FMA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SS-QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SS-QOL score of both groups was significantly higher than that before intervention,and SS-QOL score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of myoelectric biofeedback assisted imaginative foot dorsiflexion training in the treatment of hemiplegia patients after stroke can improve the limb motor function,improve the quality of life and reduce complications.
