坤泰胶囊联合雌激素替代药物应用于围绝经期综合征患者的疗效及对性激素水平、睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片(Estradiol tablet/estradiol dydrogesterone tablet,EEDT)治疗对围绝经期综合征(Perimenopausal syndrome,PMS)患者性激素水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2024年10月期间在我院治疗的62例PMS患者作为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组患者口服EEDT治疗,观察者在对照组的基础上联合服用坤泰胶囊治疗,以3个疗程为一个治疗周期,对比两组患者的疗效、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、卵泡刺激素(Follic stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FSH、LH水平、PSQI评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者E2水平均明显上升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用坤泰胶囊联合EEDT治疗PMS,疗效显著,安全性高,可有效改善PMS患者的性激素水平和睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the influence on sex hormones levels and sleep quality in patients with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)after Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablet/estradiol dydrogesterone tablet(EEDT).Methods:Sixty-two patients with PMS who received treatment in the hospital were selected as study subjects from October 2022 to October 2024.According to the random envelope method,the above patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral EEDT,while the patients in the observation group were combined with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group,with 3 courses as a treatment cycle.The efficacy,estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH and score of PSQI in the two groups were obviously decreased,and the levels and score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of E2 was obviously increased in both groups,and the level was higher in observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsule combined with EEDT has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of PMS,and it can effectively improve the sex hormones and sleep quality of PMS patients.
