论中国共产党调查研究坚持党性与人民性相统一的思想

摘　　要：调查研究是中国共产党的优良传统,党性与人民性是调查研究突出的两种特性,核心体现为“为什么调查研究”“怎样调查研究”。习近平总书记强调领导干部要在密切联系人民群众中掌握调研基本功,进一步转变工作作风,使调查研究中的党性与人民性实现高度统一。这既是对调查研究的传承,又赋予其鲜明的时代特色。在新的历史时期,我们要深化对调查研究中的党性与人民性内涵的认识,在实践中把握二者的统一关系。The investigation and research is the fine tradition of the Communist Party of China,and the Party spirit and the people’s nature are two prominent characteristics of investigation and research,the core of which is reflected in“why we should investigate and research”and“how we investigate and research”.Xi Jinping has discussed the investigation and research many times.He stresses that the leading cadres should master the basic skills of investigation and research in deepening their close ties with the people,further change their work style and achieve a high degree of unity between the Party spirit and people’s nature in investigation and research,which is not only the inheritance of investigation and research,but also gives them distinctive characteristics of the times.In the new historical period,we should deepen our understanding of the connotation of the Party spirit and people’s nature in investigation and research and grasp the unified relationship between them from practice.
