摘  要:随着新能源的快速发展,火力发电承担起消纳新能源不稳定出力的任务,导致火电机组长期工作在调峰、调压的灵活运行工况下,这直接影响到发电机的性能和稳定运行,因此推动发电机灵活性改造迫在眉睫。为探明不同散热结构对发电机定子温度场的影响,以一台600MW水-氢-氢冷汽轮发电机的参数构建了三维电-热-流耦合计算模型,根据其转子结构,在确定简化模型及其旋转状态的情况下,计算并得到不同转子通风沟规格及结构对温度场以及流体场分布的影响,对灵活调峰工况下转子散热结构设计及优化提供了理论基础。With the development of new energy generation,thermal power units,as the largest unit in the power grid,need to bear the responsibility of new energy consumption.This requires steam turbine units to work under flexible operating conditions of peak operation and voltage regulation for a long time,which directly affects the performance and stable operation of the motor.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the flexibility transformation of the motor.To investigate the influence of different heat dissipation structures on the temperature field of the steam turbine stator,a three-dimensional electric thermal fluid coupling calculation model was constructed using the parameters of a 600MW water hydrogen cooled steam turbine generator.Based on its rotor structure,the influence of different rotor ventilation duct specifications and structures on the temperature field and fluid field distribution was calculated and obtained while determining the simplified model and its rotation state,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of rotor heat dissipation structure under flexible peak operation.
