摘  要:将永磁电机气隙磁场时空谐波分析理论与传统子域法相结合,提出了一种表贴式永磁电机半解析计算方法。该方法通过空载子域法和正弦电流激励静磁场有限元得到气隙磁密谐波幅值,并根据谐波分析,进一步求解电机的径向气隙磁密、磁链、反电势、电磁转矩等电磁性能。根据电机参数搭建电压源逆变器供电电路,将谐波电流作为激励,在逆变器供电工况下验证了半解析法的准确性,与有限元计算时间的对比表明半解析法具有更高的计算效率。与传统子域法相比,半解析法去除了平行槽或平行齿的建模限制,可针对常见的半闭口槽进行准确计算,无需在每个时刻使用传统的麦克斯韦张量法积分计算转矩,使计算速度有了很大的提升。Combining the theory of spatiotemporal harmonic analysis of air gap magnetic field of PM motor with the traditional subdomain method,a semi-analytical calculation method of surface-mounted PMSM is proposed.The harmonic amplitude of the air gap magnetic flux density is obtained by noload subdomain method and static magnetic field finite element method excited by sinusoidal current.Then the electromagnetic properties such as radial air gap magnetic flux density,magnetic flux linkage,back-EMF and electromagnetic torque are solved according to harmonic analysis.The power supply circuit of voltage source inverter is built according to the motor parameters,and the harmonic current is used as the excitation.The accuracy of the semi-analytical method is verified under the voltage source inverter power supply condition.The calculation time comparison with the finite element method shows that the semi-analytical method has higher calculation efficiency.Compared with the traditional subdomain method,the semi-analytical method eliminates the modeling limitation of parallel slots or parallel teeth,and can accurately calculate the common semi-closed slots motor without using the traditional Maxwell tensor method to integrate the torque at each moment,so the calculation speed can been greatly improved.
