垣曲抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机主要参数选择与过渡过程计算分析

摘  要:垣曲抽水蓄能电站是山西电网的重要调峰工程,抽水蓄能电站参数的合理选择,对机组的稳定运行和高效发电具有关键作用。本文创新性的结合数据统计、罚函数数学优化、BP神经网络智能代理与验证试验,针对不同参数的特点使用合理的方法,对垣曲抽水蓄能电站的水泵水轮机主要参数进行分析、优化和决策,重点研究了水泵水轮机的额定水头、比转速、吸出高度、驼峰裕度和“S”特性区安全余量等关键参数的选择依据,利用数据驱动的方式确定了以往难以准确确定的参数,并通过模型试验验证水泵水轮机各项机组性能是否满足设计要求。然后通过采用特征线法对垣曲抽水蓄能电站进行过渡过程计算,通过校核数据,证实机组转速上升、蜗壳进口最大压力和尾水管最小压力等各项关键过渡过程指标均满足设计要求。研究结果表明,垣曲电站的水泵水轮机具有优异的运行效率和稳定性,采用优化决策和智能代理的创新方法并与传统经验进行结合,各项参数的选择将更加规范合理,使得主要参数更容易达到行业领先水平,有利于确保机组的安全性和长期稳定运行。本文可为其他具有相似水头和容量特征的抽水蓄能电站的参数选型提供参考。Yuanqu Pumped Storage Power Station is an important peak shaving project of Shanxi power grid.The reasonable selection of parameters for pumped storage power stations plays a key role in the stable operation and efficient power generation of the units.This article innovatively combines data statistics,mathematical optimization of penalty functions,BP neural network intelligent agent,and verification experiments.The article uses reasonable methods based on the characteristics of different parameters.The article analyzes,optimizes,and makes decisions on the main parameters of the pump turbine in Yuanqu Pumped Storage Power Station.This article focuses on the selection criteria for key parameters such as rated head,specific speed,suction height,hump margin,and safety margin in the‘S’characteristic zone of pump turbine.The data-driven approach was used to determine parameters that were previously difficult to accurately determine.And verify whether the performance of the pump turbine unit meets the design requirements by experiments.Then,the transition process of the Yuanqu pumped storage power station was calculated using the characteristic line method.By verifying the data,it has been confirmed that the key transition process indicators such as the increase in unit speed,maximum pressure at the volute inlet,and minimum pressure at the draft tube all meet the design requirements.The research results indicate that the pump turbine of Yuanqu Pumped Storage Power Station has excellent operating efficiency and stability.This article adopts innovative methods of optimizing decision-making and intelligent agents,combined with traditional experience.The selection of various parameters will be more standardized and reasonable.The main parameters are more likely to reach industry-leading levels.This is beneficial for ensuring the safety and longterm stable operation of the unit.This article can provide reference for parameter selection of other pumped storage power stations with similar head and capacity characteristics.
