摘  要:本研究以外观质地、涂抹感官、离心稳定性、耐热和耐寒性能为综合评价指标,通过单因素实验和Box-Behnken设计优化黄连地榆复方软膏剂处方.通过牛津杯法考察黄连和地榆单独及联合使用时对特定微生物的抑菌效果.结果表明,在本实验条件下,黄连地榆复方烫伤膏最佳处方为:硬脂酸14.00%、单硬脂酸甘油酯3.50%、白凡士林1.00%、羊毛脂5.40%、液体石蜡6.00%、三乙醇胺0.46%.通过体外抑菌实验选取载药成分为黄连和地榆提取液配比为9︰1的复配比例.该黄连地榆复方烫伤膏有良好的耐热耐寒性能及离心稳定性,且能够有效抑菌.本研究为中草药类软膏剂配方优化研究奠定了基础.In this study,the appearance,coating malleability,centrifugation,heat and cold stability were used as comprehensive evaluation criteria,and the formulation of Chinese herbal ointment was optimized by single factor experiment and Box-Behnken design.The antibacterial effects of Coptis chinensis and San guisorba officinalis on specific microorganisms were investigated by Oxford cup method.As the results show under the experimental conditions,the best prescription of Chinese herbal scald cream was:stearic acid 14.00% glycerol monostearate 3.50%,white Vaseline 1.00%,lanolin 5.40%,liquid paraffin 6.00%,triethanolamine 0.46%.In the vitro antibacterial experiment,the drug loading composition selected was a combination of Coptis chinensis and San guisorba officinalis with the ratio of 9:1.The Chinese herbal scald ointment has better heat and cold resistance and centrifugal stability,and the effective Chinese herbal ingedients added have good antibacterial properties.This study provides basic data for the formulation optimization of Chinese herbal ointment.
