摘  要:为研究7050和7075异种铝合金在搅拌头不同转速下微观组织与力学性能,设置5组转速进行焊接实验,其搅拌头转速参数分别为1000 r/min,1200 r/min,1400 r/min,1600 r/min,1800 r/min.分析拉伸试验后的宏观形貌和焊缝横断面金相组织的变化.结果表明:随着转速的提升,转速越大焊核区晶粒越细,经再结晶后的细化晶粒分布越均匀,转速为1400 r/min和1800 r/min接头的拉伸性能较好,1400 r/min转速下接头完整,是本次实验范围内最优的焊接工艺参数.采用EBSD对比分析了焊核区和母材的微观组织,初步验证了焊核区动态再结晶理论.In order to obtain the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050/7075 dissimilar aluminum alloys at different rotated speeds,five groups of rotated speeds were set for welding experiments in this study.The rotated speeds of the welding tool were 1000 r/min,1200 r/min,1400 r/min,1600 r/min,1800 r/min.The microstructure of the weld cross-section and metallographic structure after the tensile experiment were compared.The results show that the speedier the increase of the rotation is,the finer the grains in the weld nugget zone are,and the more uniform the distribution of refined grains is after recrystallization.The joints at 1400 r/min and 1800 r/min have better tensile properties.The joint remains defect-free at 1400 r/min,which is the best welding process parameter in this experiment.The microstructure of nugget zone and base metal was comparatively analyzed through EBSD experiments,and the dynamic recrystallization theory of nugget zone was preliminarily verified.
