切开取栓联合游离皮瓣移植治愈陈旧性股动脉血栓继发足趾坏死1例报告

摘　　要：给予2019年3月吉林大学白求恩第二医院收治的1例陈旧性股动脉血栓继发足趾坏死患者于切开取栓术后5周在常规抗感染、抗凝、改善微循环等对症支持治疗基础上行游离皮瓣移植修复足部残端创面,移植术后2周皮瓣基本成活,患者出院;出院后6个月随访,皮瓣完全成活,足部未见溃疡复发、可着地行走。One patient with toe necrosis secondary to old femoral artery thrombosis was admitted to The Second Norman Bethune Hospital of Jilin University in March 2019.On the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments including anti-infection,anticoagulation,and microcirculation improvement therapies,the patient underwent free flap transplantation to repair the foot stump wound five weeks after thrombectomy.Two weeks after transplantation,the flaps basically survived,and the patient was discharged from the hospital.During the follow-up 6 months after discharge,the flaps all survived,with no recurrence of ulcers on the feet,and the patient was able to walk on the ground.
