多技术联合治愈重度烫伤伴脓毒性休克1例报告

摘　　要：给予2022年8月清华大学玉泉医院收治的1例重度烫伤伴脓毒性休克患者在敏感抗生素抗感染、补液、抗休克以及口服生脉饮合补中益气汤加减等对症支持治疗基础上应用湿润烧伤膏与中药膏膜治疗局部创面,治疗47 d后患者痊愈;出院后随访6个月,愈后皮肤生长良好,未见明显瘢痕增生。IA patient with severe scalds and septic shock was admitted to Tsinghua University Yuquan Hospital in August 2022.The patient was treated with MEBO and traditional Chinese medicine ointment membrane at the wound site,on the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments including sensitive antibiotics for anti-infection,fluid resuscitation,anti-shock management,and oral administration of Sheng Mai Yin and modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction.After 47 days of treatment,the patient was cured.After 6 months of follow-up,the healed skin grew well,and no obvious scar hyperplasia was found on the skin after healing.
